Prison Service imprisons Police & Fire to win final round

Ministry of Home Affairs Inter Agency Dominos Co-ordinator Ovid Glasglow (2nd right) hands over the winner’s trophy to Guyana Prison Service Captain Lionel Cave in the presence of elated teammates.
The Guyana Prison Service ensured that there will be a final match to decide who are the Inter Agency Domino champions when they won the sixth and final leg of the tournament at the Guyana Fire Service Sports Club on Wednesday evening.
Led by top markers Winston Benn and Lionel Cave who both marked 15 games, Guyana Prison Service tallied 82 games to win ahead of the Guyana Fire Service who managed 76 ahead of the Guyana Police Force in the cellar position on 67. The win by Prisons saw them winning twice similar to Police and Fire and this has prompted Organiser Ovid Glasglow organize yet another leg which will decide the champion team.
For Fire, top marker and Most Valuable Player of the leg Rawle Barrow’s 17 games could not do the trick of taking them to victory, Curtis Liverpool chalked up 15. Leading Police were Lloyd Meusa with 16 and Claire Benjamin with 13 games.
