Onassis Domino Club hosts 12 team tourney this weekend
Domino players are gearing up for stiff competition when the administrators of the Onassis Domino Club hosts a 12 team domino tournament in honour of Shawn’s birthday at the Club’s Bagotstown East Bank Demerara headquarters on Sunday.
Competitors would battle for a first prize of $60.000 and a trophy and a second prize of $40.000 and a trophy. The team that finishes in the third place wins $15.000.
Already the debate is raging over the imminent clashes between Future West Side and Rage as well as the Providence team. Only the 12 teams that register first would be allowed to participate in the competition which will be played on a 2 in, 1 out format. Entrance fee is $10.000 Double six time is 13:00hrs.
