GABA executive to hold Special Meeting with all Boxing Coaches
The Guyana Amateur Boxing Association (GABA) will hold a special meeting with all Boxing Coaches tomorrow, Monday, December 28, at 17:00 Hrs at the Guyana Olympic Association, 76, High Street Kingston, Georgetown.
In correspondence from Secretary Sean Richmond, GABA indicated that the purpose of the meeting is to facilitating discussions on all matters of concerns related to the Administration of Boxing in Guyana and transacting any other business that properly comes before the meeting.
GABA President, Parliamentary Secretary Steve Ninvalle, had indicated that to get a proper feel of what is happening on the ground in order to properly develop strategies to move the sport forward. He stressed the need for getting proper assessment from the players involved, noting that only then he along with his executive can make the right decisions for the wellbeing of amateur boxing.
