Mrs Jagan fractures shoulder in fall
Former President Janet Jagan is nursing a fractured shoulder after falling at home.
Kaieteur News was told that Mrs Jagan, a former President, whose health is failing considerably, is resting comfortably at her Bel Air home.

Mrs Jagan was sworn in as Guyana’s first woman Prime Minister and First Vice-President.
In December 1997 she was sworn in as the first woman President of the Republic of Guyana and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.
She resigned on August 8, 1999 due to ill health.
