In condoning the dismissal of Mr. English and Ms Bowen, President Jagdeo said that he has always heard from the T&HD that it does not have money to put in some basic things that are critical for navigation.
By using this line of reasoning, President Jagdeo, his Culture Minister et.al. should be dismissed for spending tens (possibly hundreds) of millions of dollars on CARIFESTA X rather than on other essentials, such as D&I, electricity and water supply, etc. Derek Braithwaite
