Local entrepreneur busted with cocaine in US
Miss World Local Coordinator, entrepreneur Ghalee Khan has been busted with cocaine in the United States of America along with another Guyanese, Danford Griffith.
This is according to a Capitol News report last evening which suggested that the men may have been on the US Federal agents watch list.
Ghalee Khan, the young promoter attached to Concept Entertainment, is in custody and will appear in a Brooklyn court today.
Griffith, who appeared in Court on Monday, was granted some US$200,000 bail according to the Capitol News report but only after it was ordered that his mother sign over her house to the US.
The duo left Guyana on Saturday and was nabbed in the US on Monday after they were allowed to leave the airport and traced.
