Criminals do not represent any one race
DEAR EDITOR,
I refer to Mr. Ogunseye’s letter of 18th September in SN wherein he declared that “he will not be stopping this debate that is taking place on the issue of the shooting of the criminal Rondell ‘Fineman’Rawlins and his confederate…Ogunseye’s regular position is that political action by Black People is always mixed up with crime and Fineman.
Skinny and their gang were killing newsmen of Kaieteur News and the defenseless men, women and children of all races in the name of some organization known as Armed African Resistance.
Ogunseye’s attempt to mix up the Black race with crime is unacceptable. There are criminals who belong to all other races but no other race claims that such criminals are affiliated to them.
Every other race regards criminals simply as criminals. Ogunseye must stop this idiocy of identifying criminals with the Black race; criminals are just criminals and do not represent any one race.
