(Kaieteur News) – Dem boys seh, yuh know Trump ah watchin’ we from over deh, and now he tinkin’ he need check out yuh medical history before you tek a flight to Uncle Sam. And yuh know wah? Some of we can’t blame he.
Truth don’t lie, some Guyanese got whole heap ways to beat de system and milk it too.
Like how some of we go abroad fuh medical treatment, but when dem tell yuh de bill, yuh pocket doh have enough to pay. So wah yuh do? Yuh roll up at de Emergency Department like yuh born dem side and hope dem treat yuh first, ask questions later. Dem other clever ones, dem have friend or family with insurance coverage and dem just slip in de paperwork like nothing, get treatment, then disappear like yuh never see dem before.
And dem ones living here in Guyana, doh think dem safe. Dem travel to de US for routine check-ups, surgery, de works. Some come back here like nothing happen, all while Uncle Sam footing de bill. Dem boys seh, if Trump could see all dat, he would seh, “Ah, doh let dem Guyanese in unless ah see dem whole medical history from here to Timbuktu!”
We clever, yuh know. Dem boys seh, if Guyana had one Olympic medal for how to beat and bend a system, we would win gold, silver, and bronze. Trump don’t know it yet, but him about to learn.
So next time yuh read bout Trump wanting to see yuh medical history before visa, just laugh, yuh hear?
