(Kaieteur News) – A 46-year-old mason identified as Kester Jack was on Wednesday placed on $100,000 bail when he appeared at the Anna Regina Magistrates’ Court to answer a dangerous driving charge.
Jack appeared before magistrate Ravindra Mohabir where he pleaded not guilty to the charge which stated that on November 1, 2025, on the Dartmouth Public Road, Essequibo Coast, the offence was committed. The victim was identified as Javier McDonald, a 34-year-old taxi driver of Lima, Essequibo Coast.
The matter has been adjourned to December 16, 2025.
