Kaieteur News – The Ministry of Health is preparing to spend approximately $174,113,500 to have rehabilitative works done at the Bartica Hospital, Region Seven.
This was revealed recently at the opening of tenders for the project at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB) office. Four contractors have applied for the project: K&S Civil Engineering Contracting Services Inc., Andrect Engineering & Construction, Dijris Engineering & Construction and Pacific Service System.
The ministry has been rehabilitating a number of hospitals, health centres and health posts across the country to improve the healthcare service being provided to the public.
