Prime Minister Mark Phillips and Bishop Juan Edghill at the One Guyana Worship Experience concert (PC: Bishop Edghill’s Facebook Page)
Kaieteur News – The Government of Guyana hosted the One Guyana Worship Experience concert on Monday evening, where thousands gathered at the National Stadium to see local and international artistes perform.
The event saw live performers, from international artiste Chandler Moore and Todd Dulaney, along with Guyana’s very own Samuel Medas, Timothy, Faith Corrica and more. However, many members of the audience who were expecting to see Saiku Andrews were disappointed since he was removed from the show.
Prime Minister Mark Phillips attended the concert and was acting in the capacity of the president since President Ali was in Montego Bay, Jamaica representing the country at the 49th CARICOM Heads of Government meeting. Accompanying the prime minister were Minister of Public Works Bishop Juan Edghill, Minister Kwame McCoy, and Minister of Tourism Oneidge Walrond among others.
