Kaieteur Sports- With the inclement weather playing cat and mouse with outdoor activities in Guyana, a number of outdoor activities have been affected.
The county of Berbice seems to be the most affected with a number of activities either postponed, dates pushed back or altogether cancelled.
Cricket has suffered badly with a number of competitions being put on hold or not yet started.
With some days being rainy and others there are bright sunshine, the Berbice Cricket Board (BCB) has scheduled the playing off the BCB/Shimron Hetmyer T20 semifinal and final for today. That is weather permitting.
The matches are scheduled to be played at the Cumberland Cricket Ground (Young Warriors), East Canje, Berbice. Action is set to get started at 09:00 hrs with Tucber Park CC taking on Guymine CC in the remaining semifinal game.
The winner will come up against Young Warriors CC in the final.
The BCB is encouraging all to come out in their numbers and support cricket in Berbice. (Samuel Whyte)
