Kaieteur News- The 66th annual national convention of the Association of The New Testament Church of God (Guyana) opens Thursday evening at the National Cultural Centre, Homestretch Avenue, Georgetown under the theme ‘One Church, One Vision: Empowered by the Holy Spirit.’
The four-day event begins at 18:30hrs on Thursday, 15:00hrs on Friday, 15:00hrs on Saturday and 9:30 am on Sunday.
Featured presenters will include National Overseer of Guyana, Bishop Clive Nurse; Caribbean Field Director, Bishop Ishmael Charles; Dr. Kenroy Burke, Administrative Bishop and National Overseer of the New Testament Church of God, Barbados; and Bishop Matthew Hepburn, Overseer and Administrative Bishop of St Kitts and Nevis.
Noted Guyanese and Caribbean award-winning Gospel artiste, Samuel Medas, is also scheduled for a special appearance on Saturday afternoon during the Youth Fest and the NTCOG youths are eagerly anticipating the show, recalling his sizzling performance last year.
For the duration of the 66th annual convention, business men and women from various local churches will have items on display for sale.
