Success Bridge on the verge of collapse
Kaieteur News- The Guyana Police Force (GPF) on Thursday warned drivers about the deteriorating condition of the Success Bridge which is now on the verge of collapse.

The advisory emphasised the need for motorists to find alternative routes for their travel to avoid the bridge’s potential failure, which could result in severe structural damage and compromise public safety. Authorities have been alerted to the situation and are actively working on immediate interventions.

GPF also noted that contractors have been engaged to install appropriate signage and early warning systems to ensure motorists are aware of the bridge’s condition and to guide them to safer travel routes.
