Dear Editor,
Two prisoners were able to kick open a van door transporting them and escaped. From accounts it seems no security personnel was at the back of the vehicle with the prisoners. Is this a breach of operation procedures in the transportation of prisoners? Did the perceived absence of security with the prisoners aided and abetted the escape of the two?
Was this incompetence at the highest level?
