Christmas songs provide the soundtrack to the holidays. As Christmas Day draws closer, it is customary for the airwaves to be filled with a variety of our favorite holiday music. Arguably, it can be said without a doubt that Christmas songs have what it takes to set the mood for the holidays.

Today, I want to share with you some of my personal favourites that I enjoy listening to during this festive time of year.

This list features songs that speak to the true meaning of Christmas which is the birth of the savior Christ Jesus and others that speak of peace, love and joy.
