Kwakwani defeated host D-Up Academy when the teams collided in a number of basketball fixtures recently at Tuschen Primary School tarmac.
Kwakwani won 16-11 in the boys U12 game with Simeon Sinclair of the winning team taking the MVP prize. Akeem Wilson of D-Up Academy took the best defensive player trophy.
In the female fixture, Kwakwani were victorious 16-13. Maliya Samuels of the visiting team copped the MVP accolade and Manisa Wahid of D-Up Academy won the best defensive player prize.
In the boys U16 game, Kwakwani triumphed 31-23.
Shaquan Hamilton of Kwakwani was awarded the MVP and Lorenzo Benn of the host pocketed the best defensive player prize.
