Kaieteur News – The headline in KN that says that the Berbice Cricket Board (BCB) is investing in the training of its young cricketers is the best news ever for Guyanese cricket lovers… Sir Curtly Ambrose to visit Berbice from 10th to 14th of February for historic fast bowling clinic – Nolan McKenzie to conduct batting Clinic as well – Kaieteur News (kaieteurnewsonline.com)
Gratitude to Dr. Frank Denbow for financing this noble venture. We need more like him. I pray that the GCB and the WICB, take a page out of the BCB’s book and follow their example in how to groom and invest into the future of our cricket as it seems that neither of these boards (GCB and WICB) has a clue on what to do for cricket. Thank you BCB for realising that something is broken and for taking measures to fix it. All we have been hearing is excuses from others but you people are doing something to remedy the situation. All of Guyana is grateful to you.
