Kaieteur News – The Guyana Football Federation (GFF) has assisted young and promising forward Shoran James to undergo surgery to an injury he sustained some time ago. A facebook post from the Federation stated that the body was, “happy to contribute to the welfare of young James, who sustained an injury and has to undergo a surgery overseas.”
The post further related, “Shoran is a very talented young footballer that hails from Aishalton, Region 9, and has represented Guyana at the CFU Boys U14 Challenge Series, the Concacaf U-15 Championship and the Concacaf U17 Championship. GFF President Wayne Forde wishes Shoran a steady and complete recovery.”
Young James sprung to prominence representing Herstelling Raiders Football Club from the Under-11 age-group and has never looked back since then ending tournaments at that and higher levels as the highest goal scorer.
Shoran James’ father, Ron James accepted the GFF’s donation from President Forde.
