Kaieteur News – The Guyana Badminton Association (GBA) National A, B & C Division Tournament was held at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall Last weekend which showcased Guyana’s Top Badminton Players in action. This is the first local tournament since December 2019 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The tournament was played with all the covid guidelines.
It was played in a round-robin format and in the A & B Men Divisions the first two winners in the group moved to the Semi-Finals in the Main Draw.
The GBA is expressing thanks to Ms. Christina Kumar for organizing the Sponsorship for this tournament.

Easa Sanichara won by a walk over from Chet Bowling
