Kaieteur News – Wecare Community Services and Promotions in association with the Zeeburg Sports club have teamed up to host the inaugural Shiv Gajraj Computers and S & K Construction West Demerara Softball Cup. The one day competition is set for today at the Zeeburg Sports Ground from 09:00 hrs.

According to the organizers a limited amount of teams will be accepted and the competition will be played under strict covid guidelines and regulations. Spectators are not allowed into the venue, while all teams will be provided with mask and sanitizers.
The competition is organized so as to give youths an opportunity to showcase their talents after a year of no competitive competition. The tournament is being supported by New Level Business Est, R.L Sukhram & Sons Sawmill and lumber yard, SR Real Estate Investment, West Central Mall, V.J Service Centre and Auto Spares, Forresters Business Complex, First Class Wash Bay, New Land Lumber Yard, R. Ruben Sawmill and Lumber Yard, R2A Construction, Furniture and Upholstery and Phoenix Taxi.
