Kaieteur News – Kacey Bayley, one of the few Guyanese certified fitness and nutrition coaches from the International Sports and Science Association (ISSA), has all systems in place and will launch his unique website and mobile app, www.buildwithbayley.com today.
Bayley, who specialises in fitness training, fitness nutrition, sports training, sports nutrition, online coaching along with adult first aid & CPR and exercise therapy, is consistently looking to give back and usually volunteers to work with differently able-persons.
The former bodybuilder and physique competitor who got three second places in 2017, revealed to Kaieteur Sport that following the coronavirus pandemic he realised that there was much more he could’ve done to give back so he decided to make all his services accessible online.
He posited that, “After Covid-19 had hit, a lot of persons saw the importance of being fit to protect themselves against the virus. And I realsied we don’t have enough Human Resources to tend to everyone in Guyana so I decided to put my services online.
Not everyone can afford personal training in Guyana, so I’ve made a lot valuable resources free and readily available.”
Although the services offered on www.buildwithbayley are majorly paid subscriptions that include Fitness and Nutritional consultation, custom meal plans, dietary analysis, social media live and speaking engagements for individuals and corporate, a plethora of free content is available for anyone that visits the site.
They are over 100 body weight and weight training exercise demonstrations on the site so persons who may not want to sign on to a paid subscription, can put together workouts on their own.
Bayley disclosed that, “We also have two fitness EBooks on the website, meant to raise awareness on the importance of fitness and nutrition.”
He continued that the website will feature a free blog and quarterly newsletter that visitors can subscribe. Also, the platform will constitute a forum where popular fitness nutrition questions will be answered and discussed by various professionals in the field.
In celebration of the launch of the site, Bayley shared that US$500 will be up for grabs in a US$15 entry fee fitness challenges. (Calvin Chapman)
