DEAR EDITOR,
We, the people from Belle Vue Pilot Scheme, West Bank Demerara, Toevult-Patentia –NDC, Region # 3, that are made up of Cane Farmers Co-op Members, sugar workers and our families, feel tremendously proud in extending warmest congratulations to Hon. President, Irfaan Ali, Hon. Prime Minister, Mark Phillips, and all Cabinet Ministers of this PPP/C led Government, on its election victory. In addition, we will like to give thanks and congratulate all of the PPP/C leaders, especially Hon. Dr. Bharrat Jagdeo-VP, for his unwavering fight for the Election Declaration based on the Recount, Democracy, Human Rights and Law and Order in Guyana.
We, the Belle Vue Pilot Scheme people, are looking forward to have an early opportunity to meet with you, the Hon. President Irfaan Ali and/or the Ministers of government responsible for Agriculture, Labour and Co-operative Society to further strengthen our relations and foster close ties of friendship and cooperation, for Rural Development, Alleviation of Rural Poverty and for the promotion of Law and Order and Social Justice.
All the legitimate members and their Representatives of the Belle Vue Pilot Scheme, Sugar Cane Farmers’ Marketing Co-operative Society – Reg. # 967, are also looking forward to meeting with you and/or the Minister of Agriculture and Minister of Labour and Co-operative as soon as possible, to help them get justice, Land Rights, compensation for crops damage and assistance to develop their Village Economy.
