The highly anticipated A. Munroe organised AL Sport & Tour Promotions National Sports Commission 22nd Edition End of School Year Edward Cobenna Memorial Primary Schools Windball Cricket Champions Trophy, girls finals is set for today July 28 commencing at 5:00pm.
Defending champions Sophia will be going hard to retain that title, while rivals Ketley, who is making their first appearance on the big stage, would be going all out to make history.
Speaking with the teacher/coach of Ketley, he mentioned since his team lost to Sophia more than a month ago in the tournament he has been working with his team very hard, even on Saturdays they have being training, as a results of his hard work his girls are in the finals.
St Pius and Enterprise teachers they were also busy working with their respective teams.
Enterprise and Saint Pius will meet in the 3rdplace game.
Trophies and Medals are at stake for the 2nd, 3rd & 4thplaced teams, while the winner will received a trophy and backpacks for their players.
Before the 3rdplace girls match, Region 3 Champions boys, Leonora, will play Georgetown champs Winfer Garden in a clash of the champions match up, a trophy are at stake.
