Georgetown Cricket Club batsman Winston Forrester struck a fine half century to guide Atlantic CC to five-wicket win over Spice Island when the 2019 USA Clement Busta Lawrence Premier League continued last weekend.
Batting first, Spice Island made 150 all out in 39 overs. Micah Narine led with 54, while and Troy Baptiste contributed 34. Joseph Brown had 2-22 while Guyanese Ashmead Nedd had 1-17 and Trinson Carmichael (1-24) and Koen Lake 1-40.
Atlantic responded with 151-5 in 29.1 overs. Forrester continued his fine from with a top score of 55 which continued four fours, while Treon Ford also of GCC, scored 30 not out.
