Guyana’s Top Badminton players, Narayan Ramdhani and Priyanna Ramdhani have both qualified for the Pan Am Games 2019 to be held in Lima Peru July/August.
Both players have been working very hard to keep their game level at a high standard and they both took time off from their studies for two weeks as they were selected by PANAM Sports to attend the Road to Lima 2019 High Level Training Camp in Aguascalientes Mexico April 8-23, 2019 in preparation for the Pan Am Games.
This is the second Pan Am Games they will be attending as they qualified and represented Guyana in 2015 in Toronto Canada.
After the Camp they both have to write their Final Exams but as athletes they have to balance their studies and training which they have mastered over the years. (They have been doing well without extr
a lessons throughout the years).
What the Players will get out of this Camp: The Players will get to train in an international environment, Training twice a day with an experienced international Coach and Players from the Pan Am Region and follow-up towards projects in the future in the region.
