Mae’s Secondary were crowned champions of the NSC /AL Sport & Tour Promotions 27th Annual Christmas Term Secondary School Girls Windball competition which culminated recently at the National Gymnasium.
The final points standings are; Mae’s (MSS) 135, Carmel Secondary (CSS) 133, East Ruimveldt Secondary (ERSS) 91, Central High School (CHS) 54, Queenstown Secondary (QSS) 54 and Tucville Secondary (TSS) 25.
Player of the tournament (Bat & Ball) was Afruica Gentle – Mae’s; Outstanding Players -Shania Kingston (ERSS), Siana Abrams (CSS), Ashanti Browne (CHS), Charmaine Warwick (QSS), Kezian London (TSS) and Chrystal Melville (MSS).
In The final round results; East Ruimveldt 109-1, Shekeica Williams 63. Tucville 100-0, K. London 32.
Queenstown 86-4, C Warwick 25; Aaliya Johnson 3-28. Carmel 88-0, S. Abrams 52, I Armendo 34.
