Suh dem have to suffer yes that happen to plenty people dem boys know.
However, dem boys seh when yuh Go to the bank for a loan to buy a house you must have fire and life insurance in case it burn down or yuh drop dead.
A loan for a car you must take out life and full coverage insurance in case it crash, get thief or fly away.
No bank lends you money without the right kind of insurance that will protect dem money.
Try to refuse de insurances wha de bank demand and see if you gun ever own de front step of de house or de windscreen of a car.
Dem boys seh Guyana embarking on de oil road and de Govt must protect we. We must have de right type of insurance.
De World Bank seh de Govt must demand that all de oil companies tek out coverage not only fuh oil spill from de tankers, but also from de blow outs from or while dem drilling.
Mexico, de USA and other countries find out the hard way when dem had oil spills…Nuff nuff people, by the millions suffer and still suffering to this day.
When was time fuh compensate de people de Govt find out that de oil companies didn’t have proper insurance to cover the full impact of de disaster.
Dem boys seh de leaders was too excited with de oil cash that dem tek everything fuh granted. De end result? Millions suffering to this day in the neighbourhood, because of the spill.
Guyana better make sure it has de right insurance like wha de World Bank demand.
Talk half and keep de Shaat Baccoo from signing anything fuh do wid oil, especially Exxon.
