Dis govt promise that all dem scampishness would be a thing of de past. Instead, is de same scenario playing out all over again; just de names change.
Few days ago, de story buss out how de coalition give one of dem party supporters and full time acolyte almost $400 million in drug contract without any tender process.
Dem also paying to another friend more rent than de cost of de building, just to store drugs.
Dem boys always use to seh de PPP created a culture in dis land and it will tek generations to change.
Under de PPP, all de REOs and heads of Govt agencies use to run de treasury as if is dem personal bank account.
When dem give out contract, de wuk ain’t even done and dem done pay two times de original cost of de contract.
Remember Fip? He had a li’l pooja shop in Florida, never build a piece of pavement or outside latrine and yet he get a US$15 million road contract.
He disappear wid de money and de road never get complete. Last week dem boys hear de cost of de road move from US$15 million to US$50 million.
