Cummings Lodge Secondary triumph
Cummings Lodge Secondary won the Royal Tapeball Academy Schools cricket competition which was contested on Saturday at Durban Park Tarmac.
The competition, which attracted 12 teams, saw Cummings Lodge defeating Institute of Academy of Excellence (IAE) in the final. IAE batted first and managed 35-6 off their allocation of six overs. Cummings Lodge knocked off the target in 4.5 overs with I. Dearm scoring 20.
IAE beat Sophia Special School, while Cummings Lodge overcame RBI in their respective semi final matches.
