Pooran Singh 50th birth anniversary softball on today at MSC

The Georgetown Softball Cricket League Inc will be hosting the Pooran Singh 50th birth anniversary softball competition today at the Malteenoes Sports Club starting at 10hrs.
The tournament will be played in the Over-45 category only with Regal Masters, Fisherman Masters and Ariel Masters already confirming their participation. The fourth team will be either HS Masters or Tropical Masters.
Fans will see a number of players who recently took part in the Orlando Cup 2 in action. Among them are Pooran Singh, Jagdesh Persaud, Unnis Yusuf, Troy Kippins, Eric Thomas, Rudolph Baker, David Harper, Mahendra Hardyal, Mahase Chunilall and Eric Thomas.Teams are asked to be on time to facilitate a prompt start.
