United All stars overcome Everest Masters
United All stars of Florida defeated host Everest Masters by 38 runs when 
the teams collided in a 25-over cricket fixture recently.
United All stars batted first and scored 226-6. Vivian Gooniah stroked, 76 while Devin Baldeo made 57 and Munesh Lalu 49; Rakesh Gangaram claimed 2-35 and Imtiaz Sadik 2-51. Everest were limited to 188-8 in reply. Saheed Mohamed struck 52 as Nandkishore Phanisnarine captured 3-38. Gooniah was named-man-of-the-match. Everest Masters presented the visitors with a plaque in recognition of their visit with compliments of Trophy Stall.
Everest Masters will entertain a team from the UK Guyana CC on November 10 in their next fixture.
