Dear Editor,
On Thursday, 27th April, 2017, I arrived at the Passport Office at about 10:35am for the purpose of renewing my passport. By 10:55am, a mere twenty minutes later, my transaction was successfully concluded. That, indeed, was an outstanding example of excellent customer service for which I convey my gratitude to the three officers with whom I interacted. As a senior citizen I was not required to pay the passport fee. Unfortunately, the only name I noted was that of Officer Harris. Nevertheless, on behalf of the Passport Office and more particularly on behalf of the three officers with whom I interacted, I plan to use your example of excellent customer service to donate an amount (equivalent to the regular passport fee of $6,000.00) of school supplies to my area primary school.
