Another scandal is brewing. A fraud would be detected in the Works Ministry. A contractor would seem to enjoy special privileges because he would collect money for jobs he never did. The government would involve the police.
Immediately there would be the political intervention with claims of political victimization.

Accidents are never far away. A household would be involved in a road accident in the heart of the city. The driver would try to avoid a careless driver and suffer the worse. Special tools would be used to remove one of the occupants.

There would be a fire that would seem to collaborate with the view that one should not leave children unattended. The fire would start in a bedroom and before anyone realizes it will spread throughout.
Another homeless family with little or no resource to restart.
