Khouri returned as GKF President at Biennial General Meeting
Amir Khouri was returned as President of the Guyana Karate Federation (GKA) for the next two (2) years

when that entity held its Biennial General Meeting on Sunday last at the YMCA Thomas Lands.
First Vice President is Compton Dunbar, Second Vice President Roger Peroune with Bernice Irving serving as Secretary. Treasurer is Sandra Britton and Bhagwandin Persaud as Assistant Secretary/Treasurer.
Performing duties as Returning Officer was Ivor O’Brian, Life Member of the Guyana Olympic Association (GOA).
Affiliated Members of the GKA attending were; Association do Shotokan Karate – Guyana (YMCA Dojo), Shotokan Karate-Do of Guyana (Shokoguy – National Park Dojo), Guyana Wado Ryu Karate Association (GWKA), Guyana Shotokan Karate International Federation (SKIF Guyana), Guyana Karate College (GKC), National Martial Arts Association and Berbice Shotokan Karate Dojo.
