People who identify with thieves

Dear Editor,
Have we reached a new low? I still cannot believe the article in your newspaper of Friday, 18th December, 2015 in which you reported that some cleaners forced a security guard to release a suspected serial thief. It is ironic that these labourers work and make an honest dollar but yet they can identify with and protect a thief. We must all wonder if in the course of their cleaning exercises, they assess people properties with a view of launching their own attacks.
