Upper Corentyne names team for PPP/C fundraiser – May Day cup 2015
The Upper Corentyne Cricket Association has announced a strong team for the upcoming PPP/C fundraiser
Akshay Homraj
to be held at the Albion Sports Complex on May 2, 2015. They will tackle New Amsterdam/Canje in the first semifinal from 10.30am. The team will be led by former national under 19 skipper Shawn Perriera and includes former national keeper Delbert Hicks, young national youth batsman Akshay Homraj and the evergreen Renrick Batson.
Proceeds from this event will be donated to the party to assist with the 2015 election campaign and beyond. The sponsorship will cover preparation of team, provide clothing and refreshments for the team.
