Correction/Apology
In an article with the headline, “Police officers get $12.3M in awards,” which was published on July 17, it was stated that “13,000 officers, Inspectors and other ranks who performed exceedingly well within the past few months received $12.3M in awards at the Tactical Services Unit Square, Eve Leary.” The figure was incorrect and should have been 1300. We sincerely apologize for this error which was inadvertently published.
