EDFA U-17 tourney…Buxton Utd. and BVTU to clash in final on Saturday
Buxton United and BV Triumph United will clash on Saturday to determine the Under-17 champions of the East Demerara Football Association (EDFA) at the Buxton Community Centre Ground from 16:00hrs.
This game will be preceded by the third place match-up between Ann’s Grove United and Golden Stars from 14:00hrs.
In semi-final play, BV Triumph United needled Golden Stars, while Buxton United hammered Ann’s Grove 4-0.
The EDFA in an effort to ensure that they are successful in the Guyana Football Federation (GFF) Inter Association competition, which is scheduled to start shortly, says it will be approaching Ansa McAl Trading to sponsor the team.
