Businessman shoots ‘big cat’
A businessman in New Amsterdam was on Monday, at around 15:30 hrs, summoned to a 
residence at Lot 38 Stanleytown, where a ‘big cat’ was spotted up a tree in the bushy yard.
Upon arrival, the businessman, Errol Azar, stated that he spotted the relatively large cat, a young jaguar – about three feet in length – and shot the animal.
