Quarter-finals action on today at four venues
The 2013 Digicel Nationwide Schools Football Championship has reached the quarter-finals and four matches are scheduled to be played today at various venues.
Over at the Minsitry of Education ground, last year’s beaten finalist Waramadong take on Santa Rosa from 16:00 hrs.
At the Bayroc ground in Linden, defending champions Wismar / Christianburg tackle Region 5 champions Ash Educational Institute from 15:00 hrs, while at Burnham Park in Berbice, Georgetown champions St. George’s clash with Region 6 champs New Amsterdam Technical Institure from 15:30 hrs.
In the final fixture, Region 3 champions Leonora engage Region 4 title holders Covent Garden at Grove Playfield at 15:30 hrs.
