A cry for help
DEAR EDITOR,
This is a cry for help. I write this letter as a resident of Mocha/Arcadia and the owner of a vehicle which is constantly at the mechanic because of the deplorable state of First Street, Arcadia.
This street has been a headache for drivers for the last five years. Could someone explain why this deterioration is continuing unabated? This is in contrast to the main road which was recently constructed.
Could someone please help the hard-working vehicle owners and drivers of Arcadia? I hope we don’t have to wait on Local Government Elections. I would not even try to explain what driving at nights is like. Is the N.D.C .in Mocha/Arcadia dormant?
