Lewis & Persaud congratulated by RHTY&SC on Nat. selection
The Patron, Ms. Beverley Harper, Management and members of the Rose Hall Town Youth & Sports Club (RHTY&SC) has extended words of congratulations to Messer’s Daniel Lewis and Brandon Persaud on their selection to the Guyana Under-17 cricket Team.
Lewis and Persaud according to the release are two of the most talented young cricketers of the club and they are proud of their achievements.
“The Rose Hall Town Youth & Sports Club since its formation in 1990 has produced a total of 24 youth cricketers for Guyana and Daniel and Brandon’s selection would take it to 26. As a club, we strongly believe in the development of our youths on and off the cricket field and we are grateful for the assistance we receive from our sponsors in this regard. Daniel and Brandon’s development would not have been possible without the support of Western Union, Basil Butcher, Bakewell, Farfan & Mendes, Metro, Pepsi (DDL), RCL (Guyana) and Gizmos & Gadgets who all invest directly into our cricket development programmes.
The Club wished both our players success in the upcoming West Indies Under-17 Tournament and would also like to remind them that the Club’s formula for success has always been discipline, commitment, team unity and a strong faith in the god we serve. Best wishes are also extended to the Guyana team”.
