GPL clarifies the situation

Clarification and Correction to Kaieteur News Article Dated Sunday, June 16, 2013 Captioned – Dindyal defends salaries paid to Board of Directors
I refer to the captioned article and wish to make the following clarification and correction:
1) The Directors I had referred to in the interview were Divisional Directors (Employees of the GPL Inc.) and not Directors of the Board.
2) I can confirm that neither the Chairman of the Board of Directors nor any other member of the Board is paid for services rendered to GPL Inc.
