Infrastructure upgrades was the primary focus in the latest bidding process at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB), Ministry of Finance, Main Street.
Yesterday, under the Ministry of Housing and Water, bids were opened for the construction and upgrade of roads at Providence, East Bank Demerara. The bids were divided into two lots and the engineers’ estimates were: (1) $336,963,083 and (2) $258,691,235.

The engineers’ estimates: Lot (1) $90,026,217 and Lot (2) $90,815,863.
