Good Evening, I am sending this email to highlight a mistake on the Tuesday Edition of this newspaper (September 11,2012).On page 18 it states in the article that PYO (The Progressive Youth Organization) had,on Sunday last, become the oldest youth movement in Guyana at sixty (60) years, however this is FALSE as the oldest youth movement in this country is the Scouts Association of Guyana (SAG) which celebrates one hundred and three (103) years this November.
I hope this mistake will be rectified as some members of the organisation felt insulted and confused by that detail in this article. Thank You for Your Time. A Scout Leader
