Amateur Boxing returns to Berbice
Amateur Boxing is scheduled to return to the Ancient Country of Berbice when the Rose Hall Bombers Boxing Gym of Rose Hall Town Corentyne stages a one day Inter club boxing Extravaganza on Saturday (tomorrow) at the JC Chandisingh School compound Rose Hall Town.
All the top gyms in Berbice including the Pocket Rocket out of New Amsterdam, Tiger Eye out of West Canje and Central New Amsterdam are expected to be a part of the day’s activities including a few from Demerara.
Action time is 18:00 hrs. All the top boxers in Berbice are expected to be on show including the Williamson and Eastman brothers Richard, Joel and Jamal.
The top boxers and Gyms will be presented with accolades. The coordinators are Vibert Garrett and Orland Rogers.
