Several teams vie for top dominoes prize
Dominoes players will contest for lucrative prizes when the South Turkeyen Sports Committee hosts a winner take all competition at the Guyoil Canteen, Carifesta Avenue, starting at 19:00hrs this evening.
Those contesting for the top prize are Guyoil, Guyana Legion, the Guyana Prisons Service, Under the Tree dominoes club and the Ministry of Works. The entrance fee is $6,000 and activities are organized by Johnny ‘Overseas’ Barnwell.
