Timothy Richmond stole the show on Friday at the Winfer Gardens Inter-House Championship after out-sprinting his opponents on the track at the Everest ground.
Richmond, the national athlete who represented North Zone (District 11) at last year’s National School’s Championships, decimated his opponents in the triple sprint races to be crowned champion boy of the under-10 category.
The novelty events saw C. Cambridge winning the obstacle race in the under-7 category ahead of A. Bamfield. M. Munroe was the fastest boy under-7 tyre race as N. Wilson came second. ‘C’ house won 3-legged race to accumulate ten points as ‘B’ house hopped away with the boys under-8 sack race.
