Dear Editor,
I wish to use this medium to extend my heartfelt thanks to the person who turned in my wallet to the La Penitence Post Office this week.
I had lost my wallet in the Bourda Market on Monday last. It contained less than $1,500 (G) and some very important documents.
The wallet was returned to me by the Post Master completely intact, but minus the cash. My first wish is that whoever took the cash regrets the manner in which he/she came by it and resolves to find other more civil means of obtaining it in the future.
My second wish is that the person who returned the wallet receives many blessings for this good deed.
It is such small gestures of the heart that strengthens our human family. Charlene V. Wilkinson
